- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
